The variety was obtained by crossing «SEO» (Stark Early Orange) and «Palau». The main objective of the breeding was the adaptation of the plant to the mild winters of the Valencia region while maintaining high resistance to plum pox virus (PPV).
The fruits of this variety are distinguished by a specific biochemical composition of organic acids, where malic acid accounts for approximately 77.8%. The variety is classified as one of the sweetest in the IVIA collection according to SI and TSI index indicators.
