The variety is late-maturing; fruits ripen in August. The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and high yield.

Fruits are medium-sized and oval-shaped. The skin is pale yellow, sometimes with a light blush or reddish dots on the sunny side. The flesh is very tender, melting, and juicy. The variety is valued for its pronounced sweetness, caused by a low level of acidity.

The variety is of universal purpose, suitable for fresh consumption as well as processing, including jams, marmalades, baking, liqueurs, and drying. In historical sources, it is characterized as sufficiently hardy.
