Variety description

10 August 2026

The tree is characterized by vigorous growth at a young age and reaches a height of 4–6 meters. The variety requires warm, well-drained and fertile soils; it is sensitive to adverse conditions and is prone to gummosis and frost damage on heavy soils.

The fruits have a broadly rounded shape and firm yellowish-white flesh with a sweet-and-sour taste. The variety is not self-fertile; other sweet cherry varieties are required for cross-pollination. Due to its historical value, it is included in genetic diversity conservation programs.
