The tree is medium-sized or vigorous with a semi-spreading or broad-oval crown. The variety is distinguished by late flowering, which allows it to avoid spring frosts. The variety is self-incompatible and requires pollinator varieties.

Fruits are large, weighing 8–10 g, heart-shaped or oval-heart-shaped. Upon full maturity, they acquire a dark red, almost violet-brown shade with characteristic light dots. The flesh is red, firm, juicy, and has a sweet taste with a slight almond aftertaste.

The variety is of universal purpose; the fruits are used fresh and for various types of processing, including preservation and freezing. The harvest ripens in the second half of June — early July.
