Variety description

10 August 2026

The F 12/1 rootstock ensures vigorous growth of trees grafted onto it, which requires significant space for the canopy and complicates harvesting. It is characterized by high anchorage and the ability to produce a small amount of root suckers.

The plant is best adapted to fertile irrigated soils, showing low efficiency on light sandy or heavy clay soils. The rootstock has relative resistance to bacterial canker and tolerance to some viral diseases, however, it is extremely susceptible to crown gall.
