The variety is a descendant of the Sweetheart variety, obtained through open pollination. The tree has medium to strong vigor, a semi-upright crown, and good branching ability. The flowering period is medium-late to late; the variety is self-fertile.
The fruits have a heart-shaped form, a size of 28–30 mm, dark red glossy skin, and very juicy flesh of medium to high density. The taste is balanced with spicy notes, sugar content is 17–19 degrees Brix. The stem is long and strong.
The variety is distinguished by high productivity, prone to overcropping, requiring regular pruning to maintain fruit caliber. It is characterized by high resistance to cracking and low susceptibility to bacterial canker.
