Variety description

10 August 2026

The trees have moderate vigor and a tendency to form a wide, spreading crown. Fruit ripening occurs in July.

The fruits are medium-sized, round, and slightly flattened at the poles. The skin is thin, changing color from bright red to dark red upon ripening. The flesh is soft and juicy, with a distinct sour taste, and the juice is abundant and colored.

A characteristic feature of the variety is the short and strong fruit stalk, which is reflected in the name. The variety is adapted to the conditions of its historical cultivation, and the fruits are traditionally used for making preserves, jams, jellies, compotes, and in baking.
