The tree is vigorous, reaching a height of 5–7 meters on seed rootstocks, forming a dense, broad spherical crown. The leaves are large, dark green in color, and pointed at the ends.

The fruits are large, weighing from 6 to 10 grams. The flesh is distinguished by its density, juiciness, and sweet taste, sometimes with a slight acidity. The variety is characterized by high transportability and universal purpose, including fresh consumption and culinary processing.

The variety is self-infertile and requires pollinators. Yield is high, varying from 28 to 70 kg per tree. Resistance to diseases is good, however, attacks by Rhagoletis cerasi and Monilinia fructigena are possible. There are color variations of the fruits, such as black and pink/yellow Napoleon.

The winter hardiness of the variety is estimated as medium or low, therefore the most favorable for cultivation are the southern regions. Harvesting usually falls on the second half of June — the beginning of July.
