The tree is medium-sized, forming a crown with a tendency to become dense and having a large number of small branches. Flowering is late. The variety is characterized as precocious and productive.

Fruits weigh from 7.5–8.0 g to 10 g and have an oval or heart-shaped form. The skin is bright red, darkening to almost black upon full maturity. The flesh is firm, cartilaginous, juicy, and sweet-and-sour in taste.

The variety is intended for dessert consumption and is suitable for commercial cultivation due to good transportability. The best pollinators are the varieties Sam, Schneidera Późna, Kordia, and Sweetheart; the variety is incompatible with types Regina and Vera.
