The PA3Unibo variety, known under the trade name Sweet Gabriel, is a representative of the Sweet series. Under Italian conditions, fruit ripening occurs 14–16 days after the Burlat variety.

The plant is characterized by early bearing and high productivity. The fruits are medium to above average in size with a purple skin hue. The flesh is characterized by a firm texture and low acid content.
