The variety is also known under the names Köröser Weichsel and Pandy. It belongs to a group of varieties with properties intermediate between sweet cherries and sour cherries. The tree is vigorous, reaching a height of 10 to 12 meters, and forms a conical or broadly conical crown.
The fruits are oblate in shape and red-brown or dark red in color. The flesh is firm and juicy, distinguished by a pleasant sweet-sour taste with low acidity. The juice is moderately or weakly colored, and the stone separates easily from the flesh. Harvesting takes place in June–July.
The variety is adapted for regions with a warm and dry climate. It is suitable for fresh consumption and for various methods of processing.
