The tree is vigorous, reaching 6 meters in height, with a dense spreading canopy that requires regular thinning. The variety is self-fertile and characterized by good winter hardiness. The fruits are medium to large in size, spherical or oval in shape, and covered with thin blue-violet skin.
The fruit flesh is yellow-green, juicy, and sweet, but has an indistinct aroma; the pit is difficult to separate. Harvesting takes place from the second half of September to the first half of October. The variety possesses tolerance to Plum pox virus but can be susceptible to Monilinia fruit rot.
