Fruits are medium-sized, round in shape, with purple-red skin. Flesh is yellow, of medium density, with a sweet and sour taste; the stone separates poorly. The variety ripens in the second half of September and is suitable for fresh consumption.
The tree is vigorous, forming a dense, spreading crown. The variety is characterized by high yield, but may be susceptible to fruit rot. Historically, it was used in breeding programs as a parent form for developing new varieties such as Julius and Polli munaploom.
