The tree is characterized by moderate vigor and forms a broad conical crown of medium density. The variety possesses sufficient winter hardiness and good disease resistance, particularly to Plum pox virus.

Fruits are medium to large in size, slightly tapering towards the apex and flattened at the stalk. The skin is thin and firm, light yellow or orange in color with a carmine blush and a delicate blue bloom. The flesh is greenish-yellow, juicy, sweet, and has a spicy flavor.

The variety is used as a dessert plum and is often used as a pollinator for other plum varieties. In specialized literature, it is noted as productive, but is a relatively new variety that has not yet gained widespread distribution.
