Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is a vigorous tree with a broad, rounded crown, which can be relatively compact. The fruits are medium or large in size, weighing about 32–35 g, and their shape varies from round to oval. The skin is dark blue or almost black, covered with a thick waxy bloom.

The flesh is tender, juicy, with good flavor qualities, and the stone separates easily. The variety matures late, usually at the end of August or the first half of September. The tree is partially self-fertile and requires the presence of pollinators, and yields can be moderate or irregular.

Plums of this variety are used primarily fresh, and are also suitable for making jams, preserves, and drying into prunes.
