The tree grows vigorously at a young age, later growth is moderate; the crown is sparse, ranging from spherical to wide-spreading. The variety is diploid and requires pollinators, while it can itself serve as a pollinator for other varieties.
The fruits are medium-sized, oblong, and dark blue in color. The flesh is greenish-yellow or orange-brown, soft, moderately juicy, with a sweet-and-sour taste; the stone separates moderately well. The variety exhibits low resistance to Plum pox virus, moderate resistance to moniliosis, and increased susceptibility to plum fruit moth and spider mites.
