The tree is vigorous, forming a convex semi-upright crown. Flowering is intense, mid-season. Fruit ripening occurs on average in mid-to-late August, approximately one week after the Fortune variety.
The fruits are round with a diameter of 55–60 mm. The skin and flesh are yellow. The flesh is firm, sweet, with a pronounced aroma and a sugar content of about 13.5° Brix; the pit is clinging.
Cross-pollination is required to obtain a stable yield, for which the varieties Moon Globe, Gaviota or Angeleno are recommended.
