The tree shows vigorous growth at a young age, with growth rate slowing down later. It forms a wide round or semi-upright crown, with branches well-covered in fruit-bearing wood. The variety has high requirements for growing conditions, preferring warm sites and quality soils.

Fruits are nearly round, weighing 20–30 g. The skin is green, turning green-yellow when ripe, with possible brownish dots on the sunny side. The flesh is greenish-yellow, firm, juicy, and aromatic. The variety shows medium resistance to plum pox virus and frost, and is prone to fruit cracking in wet weather.

The variety is universal: it is suitable for fresh consumption and for various types of processing, including making compotes. The fruits separate well from the pit. The variety can be used as a pollinator for other plums and as a rootstock.
