Trees of this variety have medium dimensions and moderate vigor, forming a crown with upright, slightly spreading branches. The variety is late-maturing, with the harvest period occurring in September, approximately 17–30 days after the Nonpareil variety.
The plant is self-incompatible and requires cross-pollination by compatible varieties, while often serving as a pollinator for other almond species itself. A tendency toward high susceptibility to physiological bud failure is noted.
The nuts have a soft shell, medium size, and a narrow, elongated shape with slight wrinkling. The kernels have a light color and a mild sweet taste, making the variety versatile for fresh consumption, roasting, and use in the food industry.
