The plant is used exclusively as a rootstock for grafting cultivated varieties and is not a fruit tree variety itself. Trees grafted onto it are characterized by vigorous growth and longevity.
The rootstock prefers deep, fertile, light, well-drained sandy or sandy loam soils with a neutral or slightly acidic reaction. It is sensitive to high content of physiologically active lime, the threshold limit of which is 5%.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
