Variety description

10 August 2026

The tree is characterized by medium or vigorous growth and a wide-pyramidal crown that is easy to train. Branches of a young tree are attached at an angle of 40–45° and assume a horizontal position with age.

The fruits are large, weighing 180–300 g (up to 400 g), and are distinguished by an elongated shape with a long neck. The skin turns earthy-yellow upon ripening, sometimes with a blush. The flesh is creamy-white, very juicy, tender, buttery, sweet, with a spicy aroma.

The variety is classified as autumn-maturing, with fruit harvest taking place in September. It is characterized by good transportability and long shelf life. Winter hardiness is medium or low; the variety is demanding of growing conditions and requires the selection of pollinators, such as Williams, Beurre Bosc, or Doyenné du Comice.
