The variety is classified as summer; harvest maturity of fruits occurs in August. The tree has low vigor and forms a relatively small crown, reaching a height of 4 to 8 meters depending on the rootstock. Fruits have a yellowish-green color and juicy flesh with a sweet-sour taste, belonging to the "butter pear" type.

The variety possesses high winter hardiness and the ability to bear fruit in foothill conditions; however, it is sensitive to spring frosts. It is resistant to scab but can be affected by apple chlorotic leaf spot virus. Timely harvesting is recommended to prevent fruit mealiness, as well as thinning of the ovaries during heavy yields.
