The tree is characterized by moderate vigor and forms a high, conical, sparse crown; the branches of old trees tend to droop. Fruiting begins 3–4 years after planting. The variety is prone to biennial bearing, but annual cropping is possible with fruit thinning.

The fruits weighing 75–100 g ripen in mid-July; harvesting is carried out in several passes due to uneven ripening. The fruit flesh is greenish-cream, moderately sweet, medium-grained, and becomes mealy in texture when overripe.
