CH 201
ActivePyrus communis L. · European pear
EST. PRODUCTIVO DE DANILO CHRISTEN
10 August 2026
The tree is vigorous, forms a broad pyramidal crown, and reaches 3–5 meters in height. The variety is distinguished by high adaptability to various soil types and climatic conditions, including cool regions up to 600 meters above sea level. Flowering is prolonged and frost-resistant; the tree is prone to abundant fruit bearing at a mature age.
Fruits are small to medium in size and have a rounded or top-like shape. The skin is smooth, yellow-green in color with a red blush. The flesh is whitish or creamy, juicy, semi-melting, with a sweet taste and a distinct spicy cinnamon aroma. Harvest maturity occurs from mid-July to August.
The variety is primarily for fresh consumption and is also suitable for making juices, compotes, jams, and distillates. Due to the good wind resistance of the fruits, gradual harvesting is possible.
