CH 201
ActivePyrus communis L. · European pear
EST. PRODUCTIVO DE DANILO CHRISTEN
10 August 2026
The tree is of medium vigor, has a sparse, broad pyramidal crown. The variety is precocious and highly productive; the average yield is 25–30 t/ha. Flowering is late, which protects the plant from spring frosts. The variety is partially self-fertile and is a good pollinator; it possesses high frost resistance and resistance to major diseases.
The fruits are medium-sized, weighing 120–170 g, and have a regular pear-shaped form with a short neck. The skin is thin, smooth, straw-yellow in color, sometimes with a light blush. The flesh is yellowish-white, firm and melting; upon ripening, it becomes very juicy and has a sweet-and-sour taste and aroma. The harvest is collected at the end of August; the fruits maintain their quality for 2–3 weeks after picking and are suitable for transportation.
