The root crop has an elongated-cylindrical shape, resembling a carrot. The length of the fruit is 11–15 cm, the weight varies from 45 to 100 g, with individual specimens reaching 300 g. The color is bright red, sometimes with a white-pink stripe. The flesh is white, juicy, crunchy, and has a mild pungent taste.
The ripening period is from 35 to 50 days. The leaf rosette consists of 6–12 leaves, the height of the bush reaches 10–14 cm. The variety is cold-hardy and resistant to bolting. Root crops are distinguished by good keeping quality, retaining consumer characteristics for up to 3–4 months; however, with a lack of moisture and high temperatures, they can become tough and bitter.
