The root vegetables of the variety have an elongated pointed shape and white skin color. The flesh is characterized as soft, crunchy, juicy, and spicy. With untimely harvesting, the root vegetables are prone to loss of density and the formation of a spongy structure.
The vegetation period is from 5 to 6 weeks. The variety is intended for open field and cultivation under non-woven material. To obtain a high-quality yield, loose soil rich in humus and regular watering are required; the absence of which leads to cracking of the root vegetables.
Sowing is possible from March to August, and early cultivation in greenhouses from February is permitted. The harvested crop is used for preparing salads and as an appetizer.
