The ROSA LLARG variety is a local radish cultivar, also known as "llarg rosa de Catalunya" or "rave mallorquí". This variety is of interest for the conservation of regional biodiversity and is promoted by the La Panotxa association.
The roots of the variety have an elongated shape and pink skin color. The crop is used primarily in home gardens and local farming, and for regular harvests, it is recommended to perform successive sowings every 2–3 weeks.
