The variety is the result of crossing Mriya Kyieva and Narodnaya varieties. The bush is vigorous or medium in height, semi-spreading, with thick, straight shoots. The variety possesses complex resistance to fungal diseases, as well as high frost resistance (down to –32 °C) and drought tolerance.
The berries are black, glossy, have a firm, elastic skin and juicy flesh. The average fruit weight varies from 1.8 to 3.8 g, reaching 5–6 g. The berries have a dessert sweet-and-sour taste, ripen simultaneously, and are capable of remaining on the branches for a long time without dropping.
