The bush is vigorous, upright, reaching a height of 1.0–2.0 meters. Shoots are of medium thickness, light green in color. The variety is characterized by abundant and regular fruiting, with berries ripening in late July.
The fruits are large, spherical, black, with firm skin and green-white pulp. The variety is partially self-fertile and winter hardy (withstands USDA zone 3 conditions).
Resistance to diseases varies: high resistance to powdery mildew is noted, medium to anthracnose, and varying resistance to American powdery mildew.
