The plant reaches a height of about 60 cm and is characterized by abundant flowering with white flowers with a yellow center. The tubers have an oval or round-oval shape, cream-white skin, and shallow or medium eyes.
The variety has high resistance to dry rot and moderate resistance to scab and viral diseases. Despite susceptibility to late blight, it often avoids mass infection due to its early flowering period.
A table variety for universal use with a high dry matter content. Due to the floury structure of the flesh, it is recommended for boiling, making puree, baking, and frying.
