Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is the result of crossing Miss Bianka and ISP 17-1-01 varieties. The tubers are large, long, and uniform, with shallow eyes, light yellow skin and flesh. The average plant height is about 63.4 cm. The culinary type of the variety is B (moderately waxy).

The variety has a very high yield and responsiveness to reduced nitrogen fertilizer rates. It is characterized by excellent suitability for processing into french fries, low susceptibility to mechanical damage, bruising, and growth cracking. It stores well due to a pronounced dormancy period.

The plant is resistant to potato cyst nematode (pathotypes Ro 1, 4; partial resistance to Ro 2, 3) and potato wart (pathotype 1). It has high tolerance to wet rot, as well as moderate resistance to late blight, scab, and internal rust spot. The variety is resistant to drought and heat, and has low susceptibility to secondary growth.
