The French variety "Fritelle" was bred using parent forms Innovator and hybrid 676.90.2. Detailed agronomic and morphological characteristics of this variety are absent in open publications.
The Russian variety "Фрителла" is mid-season, with a vegetation period of 80–100 days. The plant is tall, of a semi-erect type. The tubers have an elongated-oval shape, light beige skin, and white or cream flesh with small eyes.
The variety "Фрителла" is suitable for table use and processing into french fries, potato crisps, and mashed potatoes. It possesses resistance to potato wart, Alternaria, and Rhizoctonia, as well as moderate resistance to late blight and common scab.
