The dry matter content in the tubers is about 22%. The variety tolerates water stress and drought well, and during storage, it is not prone to darkening during heat treatment. Regarding late blight, the variety shows a delayed disease progression compared to the standard but remains susceptible to infection.
The variety is specialized, belongs to culinary group B/C, and is oriented toward industrial processing for the production of French fries, during which it maintains a light product color.
