The variety was obtained in 1995 as a result of hybridization of the Picasso and Zarevo varieties. The plant is of medium height, moderately spreading, with abundant flowering of light-violet flowers.
Tubers are elongated-oval in shape with shallow eyes and white or light-yellow flesh. It belongs to the CD cooking type (very mealy), maintains its shape well when deep-fried, and is distinguished by a consistently high starch content.
The variety possesses high resistance to potato wart and potato cyst nematode, and is moderately resistant to late blight. Suitable for cultivation on loamy and sandy soils, including organic farming.
