The tubers of the variety have dark purple skin and light yellow or cream flesh. The plant is characterized by an indeterminategrowth type and good development vigor.
The vegetation period is from 110 to 130 days. The variety is universal in use: the firm texture and earthy taste allow it to be used for frying, baking, making mashed potatoes, salads, and gnocchi.
