The variety was derived from the parent forms Vales Emerald and 1288 AF 23. It belongs to the second early maturity category and is distinguished by the formation of a large number of tubers per plant. The purpose of the variety is aimed at markets requiring uniform, small-sized tubers.
Tubers have a round or short-oval shape. Descriptions exist for white skin and cream-white flesh, as well as variants with purple skin and marbled purple-yellow flesh. The variety is not intended for long-term storage; it has a firm texture and a buttery taste with a nutty undertone.
The variety is susceptible to common scab. Data on comprehensive resistance to other diseases is limited, which is typical for specialized varieties in this segment.
