The variety belongs to the medium-early group with a vegetation period of 75–85 days. The plant forms strong haulms, flowers are violet. Tubers are large, elongated-oval in shape, with smooth red skin and shallow eyes. Tuber flesh is light yellow.
The variety possesses heat tolerance and resistance to several types of potato wart, with medium sensitivity to mechanical damage during harvest. Culinary type is floury, dry matter content is about 23%. The variety is characterized by a long dormancy period, which ensures good keeping quality during storage, however, it is considered unsuitable for the production of chips and french fries.
The pedigree of the variety includes a cross between lines AR 76-199-03 x KO 80-1407 (seedling KK 83-0216). The variety is intended for fresh consumption.
