The variety belongs to the industrial use category. Tubers are large, short-oval in shape, with red skin and cream flesh. Starch granules are medium or large in size. The plant is characterized by rapid initial foliage growth with slow tuber mass accumulation; the number of tubers per plant is medium-low.
The variety possesses high resistance to viruses, late blight of foliage, and potato cyst nematode (pathotype Ro 1). At the same time, it shows high susceptibility to potato wart (pathotype 1) and predisposition to tuber skin diseases. The variety has been used by breeders as a parental form for developing other varieties.
