The variety belongs to the mid-late maturity group. Plants reach an average height of about 67 cm. Tubers have a round-oval shape, smooth light yellow skin and shallow eyes; the tuber flesh is pale yellow.
The variety has firm flesh, is suitable for boiling and baking, and is distinguished by high yield and good keeping quality in storage. The variety is susceptible to Phytophthora infestans, which is why it often acts as a model parental organism in genetic research and breeding programs.
