The variety has yellow skin and yellow flesh. Its flesh is characterized by a dense and compact consistency with moderate flouriness, which allows the tubers to retain their shape during culinary processing: baking, frying, and boiling.
In agronomic studies, the variety demonstrates a low degree of susceptibility to Alternaria. It is also noted for its ability to show no external symptoms of viral diseases, in particular potato leafroll virus, for a long time.
