The variety was obtained by crossing lines GROCEP 116-91-3 and IMPALA. The tubers have an oblong or oval shape, shallow eyes, and light yellow skin and flesh color.
In terms of culinary qualities, the variety belongs to type B–A, which means a fairly firm, non-mealy consistency suitable for various cooking purposes, except for mashed potatoes. The variety is capable of producing a high yield of small and medium-caliber tubers.
