The variety belongs to culinary type B: it is slightly floury, retains its shape after boiling, and the flesh does not darken. It is resistant to potato cyst nematode (Ro 1, Ro 4) and viruses PVY and PVA, and moderately susceptible to late blight and common scab. It has good keeping quality during storage.
