Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety was obtained by crossing Idole and Berber varieties. Plants have an intermediate growth type, semi-erect or spreading habit, and low height. The yield is characterized by a high output of marketable products, with a dry matter content of approximately 19%.

Tubers are distinguished by a smooth surface and very shallow eyes. The variety is intended for making salads, steaming, and frying, as it holds its shape well during culinary processing.

The variety is resistant to golden potato cyst nematode, virus A, and common scab, and is moderately resistant to virus Y. It shows sensitivity to late blight of leaves and tubers, as well as to virus X. It is characterized by drought tolerance.
