The variety was bred from the cross Ari × Sientje. The plant is medium-sized, semi-spreading, with developed foliage. Tubers have a short-oval or oval shape, smooth yellow skin, yellow flesh, and shallow eyes.
Starch content is 13–14%. Culinary type is moderately mealy; the variety is suitable for boiling, frying, and use in salads. The variety is resistant to virus A and partially to common scab, but susceptible to late blight of foliage and tubers.
The variety can be sensitive to the formation of internal hollows and rust spots, as well as to discoloration after cooking. Keeping quality is rated as medium.
