The tubers of the variety have a long-oval shape, smooth yellow skin, and yellow flesh with very shallow or shallow eyes. The variety is distinguished by reliable starch content and high quality of produce, suitable for long-term storage until the end of spring. Yield is high with an average number of tubers per plant.
The plant possesses a state of deep tuber dormancy. Juvenile development proceeds slowly at the beginning, followed by rapid growth thereafter. The variety is resistant to potato cyst nematode and potato wart. The foliage has medium resistance to late blight, and low to medium sensitivity to scab and internal defects.
The variety does not have special requirements for the growing site. Uniform warming of the seed material for 7–10 days before planting and treatment against Rhizoctonia are recommended. There is also a version of the variety for organic farming.
