The variety is tetraploid, which ensures it a higher protein and energy content in comparison with diploid forms. Plants in the year of sowing have an average height, and their cotyledons are characterized as long and wide.

The variety possesses high resistance to clover rot and root rots, and is also distinguished by good persistence, allowing it to remain in the sward for a long time. In UPOV international guidelines, the variety is accepted as a reference sample.

Research results confirm the use of the variety as an object in studying the processes of biological nitrogen fixation and the influence of mineral nutrition on plant development.
