The variety is tetraploid. In scientific experiments, the variety was studied in the context of productivity when grown both in pure stands and in mixtures with grasses, for example, Italian ryegrass, for silage production.

Studies compared its productivity and stability with diploid varieties. It was noted that in the long term, in the fourth year of use, the variety demonstrated a tendency toward better yield compared to diploid varieties in mixtures with grasses.
