The variety belongs to tetraploid forms of red clover. It is characterized by the ability for active seed formation and demonstrates high green mass yield in comparative studies.

During tests for resistance to Sclerotinia, the variety was classified as one of the most susceptible to this disease. It is used as a forage crop and also serves as genetic material for breeding and biochemical research, in particular for the analysis of isoflavone content.
