The Cian variety is a long-stem winter wheat, named for the characteristic bluish hue of the plants before ripening. The variety demonstrates high nitrogen use efficiency and resistance to pre-harvest sprouting.
The plant possesses increased resistance to lodging. The variety belongs to the elite quality class, is distinguished by good baking properties and a decent grain test weight, which makes it suitable for organic agricultural production.
